Revtra Pro Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales/Branch Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Branch Operations Management: Oversee and manage all branch activities to ensure seamless operations, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and monitor and evaluate branch performance against established targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team, provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff members, and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential intermediaries and customers, address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals, recruit productive agents, and identify market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to branch operations, compliance, and security, and implement and enforce security protocols and safety measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 7 years of background or experience in non-life insurance
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in branch management or a related field
- Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications
