A growing insurance company offering a wide range of products including motor, property, and personal accident insurance is looking for a Sales Leader/Manager (CDO).Responsibilities:- As a Sales Leader (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels), you will be responsible for overseeing the branch office's efficient and effective operation.- You will play a crucial role in managing the branch's day-to-day activities- Ensuring customer satisfaction- Achieving business objectives- This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and goals.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field- At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in Branch Management- At least 3 years experience in People Management- Must have experience in Non-Life and Life Insurance- Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Apolinar Velez cor.
