Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in joinery, interior fit-out, and FF&E to join our team at Addmore Outsourcing Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
  • Quantity Take-offs: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and analysis for joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and OST for project documentation and cost management.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and address any discrepancies in budgets or schedules.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on procurement, contract management, and cost optimization.
Requirements
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on joinery, interior fit-out, and FF&E.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, and advanced Excel.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
