Civil Project Cost Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Civil & Infrastructure projects to join our team immediately. This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers the ideal candidate a chance to contribute to large-scale civil projects.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for civil and infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and more.
  • Utilize Planswift and Bluebeam to provide accurate measurements, calculations, and detailed reports.
  • Analyze civil and infrastructure drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project stays within budget and scope.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to track cost deviations and provide recommendations for cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

This role requires proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil and infrastructure sectors of the construction and engineering industry. Strong proficiency in using Planswift and Bluebeam for take-offs, measurements, and cost estimation is essential. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, infrastructure systems, and construction processes is also required.
