Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their financial planning needs.

Your primary focus will be on completing Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) for all clients, as well as supporting financial planning assistants with non-paraplanning tasks and administrative work.

You will also be required to follow assigned tasks in XPLAN according to internal process rules, prepare insurance quotes and product comparisons, and perform administrative duties while learning paraplanning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete SOA and ROA for all clients

RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed education on Australian Financial Planning (RG146 highly regarded)
  • At least 2 years' experience working for a financial adviser or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • XPLAN knowledge (IPS system within XPLAN essential)
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • WEALTH SOLVER experience
  • XTOOLS+ experience
  • Experience with SUPER / PENSION / INVESTMENT, TTR, and Pension Refresh
  • Personal insurance knowledge
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
