We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Circuit Provisioner to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the order process from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery of high-end Telecom services to our customers.
Your primary focus will be on provisioning orders by validating technical specifications, documenting and processing orders, including change orders and disconnections. You will also track delivery milestones, manage and resolve order issues, and coordinate with carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for orders.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and organizational abilities to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including project coordinators and carrier project managers. Key Responsibilities- Provision orders by validating technical specs, documenting and processing orders, including change orders and disconnections
- Track delivery milestones and manage/resolve order issues
- Coordinate with carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for orders
- Work closely with project coordinators and carrier project managers to ensure successful service installations
- Serve as the first point of contact for provisioning issues with carriers
- Working understanding of telecommunications services and concepts (including: POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, SIP)
- Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Satisfactory skills with documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer
- Ability to research and effective organizational skills
- Vacation leave (pro-rata)

- HMO benefit with 100% premium borne by the company
- HMO dependent coverage: 80% employer; 20% employee sharing after six months of service
- Attendance bonus/month subject to AB guidelines
