Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our customer experience.

This involves monitoring various touchpoints, evaluating customer interactions, and identifying opportunities for growth and development within the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Score each call from 1 to 5 based on KPIs such as communication, approach, resolution accuracy, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely feedback to clients based on their preferences.
  • Create and manage quality scorecard forms according to client-provided Excel documents.
  • Develop a quality score dashboard to visualize individual performance and progress.
  • Participate in regular calls to discuss AE scores, trends, suggestions, and insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detailed attention and good judgment in decision-making.
  • Effectiveness in managing time and working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Adaptability, prioritization, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Home Office Requirements:

  • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor equivalent.
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor.
