Job Title: Quality Rater

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Rater. As a Quality Rater, you will play a crucial role in evaluating online content in various languages using proprietary rating systems and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate information presented in the local language based on provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Log onto our online proprietary rating system(s) to complete tasks.
  • Use your own computer or mobile device to complete tasks (approximately 5–20 hours per week).
  • Perform ratings in an analytical manner and demonstrate familiarity with various online research tools.
  • Provide occasional comments in English when required.
Evaluation Tasks
  • Tasks take the form of web pages with information, links, and questions for the rater to answer.
  • Some tasks require outside research on the web; some do not.
  • Some tasks may involve working with mobile smartphones (Android or iOS).
  • The rater completes the task, submits it to the system, and then receives another task to continue the process.
Guidelines and Training
  • Guidelines and system instructions are provided in English.
  • Training is administered by our selected supplier.
