Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to oversee key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business growth.

About the Role
  • This role will be instrumental in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, performing bank and account reconciliations, and conducting cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of related experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, with expertise in ERP and accounting systems such as QuickBooks.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  3. Maintain accurate financial records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize financial performance
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial management and apply knowledge to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
