Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Expert

Talented and experienced professionals are required to deliver quality outcomes for clients using their unique skills and expertise in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, utilizing their skills and experience to provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC. They will work with clients, partners, and internal teams to develop and maintain methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.

Responsibilities:
  • Requirement gathering and analysis: Understanding client business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution design: Designing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configuration and customization: Configuring Salesforce applications and customizing them using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Stakeholder management: Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce environment.
  • Compliance and security: Ensuring that Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations, maintaining data security and privacy.
Requirements:
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and functional challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
