Job Description:
  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with the team in order to effectively pull this data.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, CRMA (Salesforce Analytics Studio), Tableau, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations Manager to understand specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation.

    • Strong technical skills in Salesforce, CRMA, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
