As a Customer Success Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Total execution strategy for assigned Modern Trade customers/accounts.
Main Objectives:
- To develop and implement customer and channel specific plans that drive growth and revenue.
- To work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of KPIs and activities.
- To foster strong relationships with Top Management and Key Decision Makers.
- To optimize store basics for improved shopper experience.

- Proven track record in key accounts management or modern trade accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
