About This Role

We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior Client Insights Analyst to join our team. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, helping to design scalable insight engines and prototype decision-support systems.

This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
Requirements
  • Presents findings directly to client stakeholders in recurring forums and bespoke sessions
  • Translates data into compelling narratives, offering recommendations rooted in behavioural trends and financial performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modelling, or experimental design (A/B testing)
  • Consulting or agency-side experience highly regarded
