We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information in a professional manner.
- Sales Support: Conduct outbound calls to promote products, process orders, and follow up on leads.
- Order Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage shipment planning and coordinate with logistics.
- Invoicing and Documentation: Ensure proper invoicing and documentation flow.
- Delivery Updates: Monitor backlog and update customers on delivery statuses.
- Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with customer interactions and promotional campaigns.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Officer.
- Ability to work with and interpret figures.
- Analyze and synthesize information.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Use IT tools for order processing and monitoring.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Knowledge of international trade rules and export documentation highly regarded.
