We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information in a professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Conduct outbound calls to promote products, process orders, and follow up on leads.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage shipment planning and coordinate with logistics.
  • Invoicing and Documentation: Ensure proper invoicing and documentation flow.
  • Delivery Updates: Monitor backlog and update customers on delivery statuses.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with customer interactions and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Officer.
  • Ability to work with and interpret figures.
  • Analyze and synthesize information.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Use IT tools for order processing and monitoring.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of international trade rules and export documentation highly regarded.
