
Customer Service Representatives Wanted

- Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email
- Assist customers with billing concerns
- Resolve any disputes that may arise
To excel in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience in a similar industry
- Native-level English speaking skills, minimal to no accent
- Strong customer service skills
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
- Energetic, fun, and confident personality
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
