Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and championing preventative maintenance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting regarding any technical issues faced by the Facilities team.
  • Be a global resource for technical expertise for all campuses.
  • Champion best-in-class maintenance and preventative maintenance guidance.
  • Build and nurture a strong leadership team, setting a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global and regional client services and operations teams to align on goals, escalations, and innovation in service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements, establish KPIs and other performance metrics concerning mechanical and electrical systems in our campuses.
  • Provide expertise and cost control for renovation and fit-out projects.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of Electrical Engineering design and construction experience.
  • Experience in fiscal management, including budgeting and forecasting for a site.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar construction projects.
  • Deep knowledge of international electrical codes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
