Job Overview:

The Change Management Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change initiatives across various departments. This critical position focuses on ensuring seamless project implementation with minimal disruption to employees and business operations.

This entails developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies, tactics, and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The Change Management Lead collaborates closely with project teams and stakeholders to achieve this objective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities
  • Leverage change management processes and tools to create strategies that support adoption of project changes
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications
  • Assess the impact of change and conduct readiness analysis
  • Support training efforts and provide input on training programs
  • Complete change management assessments and identify risk mitigation tactics
  • Manage resistance and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and evaluate user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders, track issues, and define success metrics
