About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in the field, including supervising work crews, inspecting job sites, and coordinating resources.

  • Collaborate with management to establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for field operations.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in field operations or a related field, preferably in construction, facilities management, or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
