About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce resolution times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to maintain expertise and provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role; call center experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
