Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform bank reconciliation and prepare cash flow using Excel
  • Handle order entries and sales invoices
  • Support the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounts receivables and payables
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
