  • Oversee Collections: Track accounts receivables, sending reminders and monitoring payment applications to prevent delays.
  • Serve Customers: Collaborate with Shared Operations to meet customers' expectations, providing a positive after-sales experience.
  • Gather Data: Collect required customer data per transaction, clearly explaining requirements to clients or partners.
  • Keep Records: Prepare reports as assigned, maintaining organized records in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Relevant work experience in finance or insurance;
  • New graduates welcome;
  • Proficient in MS Office.
