Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee multiple Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, ensuring they are delivered with excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams and provide strategic direction for EPM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Lead requirement gathering, system design, and delivery of EPM projects.
  • Participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM modules.
  • Evaluate deliverables against best practices and quality standards.
  • Present executive-level updates to stakeholders.
  • Support business development activities, including solution design and effort estimation.
  • Effectively manage resources, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience with Oracle EPM, with a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
