Job Opportunity

Lead Engineering Team

As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a remote team of engineers and overseeing the MLOps/Analytics portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a remote team of engineers and its MLOps/Analytics portfolio
  • Organize and lead the team's processes to achieve objectives
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Identify and measure team health indicators
  • Interact with a vibrant community
  • Review code produced by other engineers
  • Attend conferences to represent the organization and its MLOps solutions
  • Mentor and grow direct reports, helping them achieve professional goals
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of experience in software delivery
  • Professional Python development experience, preferably with open source involvement
  • A deep understanding of the machine learning space and its opportunities
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
  • An exceptional academic background from high school and university
