Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to ensure financial integrity.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and assist with internal and external audits.

About the Role

This position requires an experienced Accounting Assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities may include preparing and submitting tax forms and documents, monitoring and managing petty cash and expense reports, and entering financial data into accounting systems.
