Strategic Marketing Insights Professional

This key role was created to provide essential analytics support to marketing teams as they continue to scale and take on more strategic initiatives.

The Strategic Marketing Insights Professional will play a pivotal part in transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive revenue and inform high-level business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytics Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.
  • Insight Generation & Reporting: Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data.
  • Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions.
  • Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects.
  • Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.
  • Tracking Infrastructure Support: Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking systems.
  • Ensure analytics infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets evolving business needs.
