Business Intelligence Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage data and drive business growth as a Business Intelligence Analyst.You will partner with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, product, and strategy to create actionable recommendations and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies – devise and execute initiatives against the overall sales organization strategy for maximum impact
  • Analyze and experiment – use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to run sales tests and lead market intelligence efforts
  • Optimize performance – build the best merchant acquisition engine so the team continues to offer the highest quality selection for customers
  • Evaluate opportunities – build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives to improve sales performance
  • Influence outcomes – manage cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations, and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve targets
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy
  • Highly technical with advanced SQL experience and visualization skills. Nice to have Python or other general programming experience
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals by tracking OKRs, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Will want to dive into and participate in company-wide training programs
Work Arrangements:
  • Remote (will report onsite if needed)
  • 10pm - 7am PHT | Weekends Off
  • Amenable to start ASAP
