Job Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Technical Product Manager to own our product catalog from end-to-end.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, managing suppliers, providing technical support, and making purchasing decisions.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with various teams and manufacturers to launch new products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on all product-related inquiries
  • Support large or complex RFQs by conducting technical scoping and providing guidance
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, spec sheets, and internal resources
Catalog Management:
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation across our product listings
  • Monitor performance metrics, returns, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and track delivery timelines
  • Assess supplier performance, including costs, responsiveness, and quality
  • Collaborate with the operations team to plan and adjust inventory levels
Maintain Documentation & Compliance:
  • Review and manage CAD files, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure product specs, listings, and supporting documents are always current and easy to understand

This role plays a critical part in our growth and operations. You'll contribute to shaping our product offerings, launching new products, and ensuring their successful execution.
