Business Operations Assistant

The role of a Business Operations Assistant is crucial in supporting the day-to-day activities of a business. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior-level executives and teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Operations Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
