Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineering manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of software engineering projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and quality assurance. They will also lead the team to resolve technical challenges, build technical competency, and implement best software engineering practices and methodologies.

The job requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, experience with Microservices architecture, and proficiency in Java, Spring, Kubernetes, MERN, CI/CD, Gitlab, Confluence, Grafana, JIRA, Oracle, Postgres.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Software Development Lifecycle: 10+ years' experience in leading and managing software engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and quality assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring, Kubernetes, MERN, CI/CD, Gitlab, Confluence, Grafana, JIRA, Oracle, Postgres.
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture: At least 5+ years' experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microservices-based systems.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
