We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead teams on various client engagements, developing and implementing innovative tax solutions. As a tax leader, you'll advise clients on complex tax matters, ensure timely delivery of reports, and build strong relationships with government agencies.

  • Lead teams in delivering exceptional tax results, advising on strategic tax planning, and providing expert tax guidance.
  • Develop and execute successful business strategies, participate in revenue growth opportunities, and supervise engagement team assignments.
  • Mentor team members, contribute to research initiatives, and support top management in enhancing the firm's reputation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Laws.
  • Over 12 years of working experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • CPA and/or TA license is a plus.
  • Strong English proficiency, good organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work.
  • Leadership, people management, and coaching skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
