At WRS Health, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive financial insights and identify areas for improvement across our business and operational processes.

Job Description

This role will play a critical part in conducting in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.

  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills and a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  2. Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  3. Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  4. Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  5. Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  6. Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
  7. Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
