Job Summary

We're seeking a professional to fill the role of Branch Service Officer. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in branch banking operations, specifically in new accounts, tellering, and clearing operations.
  • They must be able to supervise people and possess excellent customer service skills.

In this role, you will assist the Branch Service Head in managing the branch's daily activities, including clearing operations and end-of-day balancing. You will also supervise the New Accounts Section, oversee customer servicing, and perform coaching and training of personnel.

The successful candidate will have a college degree in any 4-year course, preferably business. They must have at least 5 years of experience in branch banking operations and extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
