Sales Director – Banking Software (LATAM) Join to apply for the Sales Director – Banking Software (LATAM) role at Capital Banking Solutions . Responsible for positioning and selling CBS Solutions across North America and Latin America to maximize regional growth. Primary Objectives: Meet and exceed revenue targets for licenses, services, and support across all product lines.

Position the portfolio effectively at a "C" level. Build strong relationships with decision-makers. Identify new markets, opportunities, and leads.

Close opportunities efficiently. Lead sales generation and pipeline management. Enhance brand awareness in the region.

Create and execute account plans with guidance from leadership. Onboard new partners. Assist in marketing strategy creation.

Coordinate presentations with the pre-sales team. Review RFIs and RFPs. Represent the company at regional events.

Requirements: Minimum 10 years in sales account management, specializing in Core and Digital Banking solutions. Experience selling in LATAM and North America. Proven track record in meeting software license sales targets in banking/financial sectors.

Strong knowledge of the banking industry. Accurate forecasting skills. Established network of executive contacts in the region.

Knowledge of IT and Banking industries. Deep exposure to LATAM and North American banking markets. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Other Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, needs analysis, and business justification skills. Negotiation skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, organized, and able to multitask under pressure. Extensive experience selling to banking and financial markets in targeted regions. Working Conditions: Travel required.
