Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of organisational development initiatives within our company. As an Organisational Development Analyst, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational tasks related to learning and development programs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Setting up and configuring courses and classes within our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensuring accurate and timely scheduling and enrolment of participants in learning programs
- Serving as a primary contact for learner queries and providing guidance on accessing learning resources
- Offering troubleshooting assistance for common LMS issues
Organisational Development Project Support:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the OD team on various projects
- Assisting with research, data gathering, and preparation of materials for OD initiatives
- Contributing to the successful implementation of OD programs and interventions
Operational Support:
- Generating and managing QR codes for course evaluations and attendance tracking
- Coordinating room bookings for training sessions, meetings, and other events
- Managing inventory and distribution of merchandise for OD initiatives and company events
Learning Administration:
- Managing end-to-end learning administration processes, including data entry and updates within our Homebase system
- Processing invoices related to learning and development activities
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR or Learning & Development function
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and effectively prioritise in a dynamic environment
