Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve loan volume targets while ensuring profitability and sound credit quality.

We are seeking an individual who can effectively solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze the qualifications of loan applicants, and initiate credit and collection activities to ensure the quality of our accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to process and service loan applications and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • Critical Skills: Good selling, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic Knowledge: Mathematics.
  • Personal Qualities: High integrity.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets, fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance, and ability to drive a motorcycle.
