At Time Access International, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive business opportunities and support marketing efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can work remotely while managing multiple tasks.

About the Role:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, preparing materials, and managing digital platforms.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Process Career Conversion Programme (CCP) documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver client solutions.
  • Manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in sales industry.
  • Full sales cycle experience including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
