Property Asset Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the value and profitability of our properties.

Main Objectives:
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure that all statutory requirements are met, and necessary permits, licenses, and service agreements are renewed in a timely manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain due courtesy to all unit owners, tenants, property management staff, workers, and visitors by providing excellent customer service.
  • Property Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
  • Budget Management: Prepare an annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget, considering all items requiring budget allocation.
  • Fund Management: Monitor the collection of funds, disbursement of funds, and savings and current account balances of the property's funds.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare a monthly year-to-date summary of actual revenues and expenses and compare these with the prepared budget.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Building/Property Management is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably in Residential developments (Condominiums).
  • Detailed-oriented and strong customer engagement skills are essential.
