Responsible for managing internal operations, control, and oversight of Innoland properties, equipment, tooling, and physical capital assets that are acquired and used in its most broad terms to build, repair, and maintain end-item deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, recommend, and implement PMO policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, facilities, equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate with the property management team, department heads, IGC employees, and suppliers.
  • Implement systems and facilities improvement working guidelines.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and management of fire protection equipment, security personnel, housekeeping, and control access in the building.
Qualifications
  • Registered Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics Engineer preferably with four (4) years related experience in technical functions.
  • Ability to make judgments regarding alternative means of procuring materials or services based on cost and serviceability.
  • Ability to use hand tools, small power tools, and test equipment.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
