This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as the local representative for all matters related to ensuring the Command Center Philippines is fully operational around the clock.
  2. Maintaining office space and technology in clean, working order to support daily operations.
  3. Providing management, leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a staff of roughly 25 Robot Specialists, GSOC Operators, and Software Engineers.
  4. Recruiting and screening candidates for hiring to fill future positions.
  5. Leading and assisting in all initial employee training.
  6. Supervising and conducting regular performance reviews of all employees and providing feedback regarding promotion, retention, disciplinary action, and talent management.
  7. Serving as the primary local Human Resources representative for all administrative matters pertaining to pay, benefits, taxes, discipline, and other employee matters.
  8. Monitoring payroll/taxes of all employees.
  9. Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords on any and all building-related issues, to include utilities, access control, parking, IT services, and permits.
  10. Maintaining professional workplace standards and culture.
  11. Reporting any payroll and human resources issues to upper management in order to achieve a swift resolution that takes care of employees and contractors.
