Our team is composed of renowned roboticists, technologists, and security professionals. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our team and manage our Manila Command Center.

As Site Manager, your role is focused on ensuring that we deliver the services our customers deserve, meeting strict operational targets so that we exceed high customer expectations. The Site Manager position will require you to serve both as the office administrator as well as the ranking operational expert in the Philippines. The Site Manager will be responsible for all operational, technical, administrative, human resources, and accounting matters pertaining to the Command Center. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and tasking from executive leadership at the parent company in the United States.

This role will be based in an office in Ortigas, Manila, Philippines, and may require sporadic (under 5%) travel to other sites (legal offices, accounting offices, etc). This is a full-time position; you will be required to work 40 hours a week, but after the initial probationary period, your set work hours will be very flexible to ensure you have eyes on all three shifts throughout the work week (subject to approval).

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the local representative on all matters pertaining to ensuring the Command Center Philippines is fully operational around the clock.
  2. Maintain office space and all technology in clean, working order to support daily operations.
  3. Provide management, leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a staff of roughly 25 Robot Specialists, GSOC Operators, and Software Engineers (team increases and decreases based on client needs).
  4. Recruit and screen candidates for hiring to fill future positions.
  5. Lead and assist in all initial employee training.
  6. Supervise and conduct regular performance reviews of all employees and provide feedback regarding promotion, retention, disciplinary action, and talent management.
  7. Serve as the primary local Human Resources representative for all administrative matters pertaining to pay, benefits, taxes, discipline, and other employee matters.
  8. Monitor payroll/taxes of all employees.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords on any and all building-related issues, to include utilities, access control, parking, IT services, and permits.
  10. Maintain professional workplace standards and culture.
  11. Report any payroll and human resources issues to upper management in order to achieve a swift resolution that takes care of employees and contractors.
  12. Communicate on a daily and weekly basis in both scheduled and ad hoc meetings to collaborate with colleagues in the US to support operations overseas.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken at a professional level.
  2. University degree or 2 years relevant work experience in business administration, operations, customer service, or other similar positions.
  3. Able to do shift work.
  4. Willing to engage in daily communications with the U.S.-based parent company.
  5. Able to pass a background check.
  6. Human Resource and/or Accounting experience is favorable.
  7. Security, Police, Emergency Services, or Military background is a plus, but not required.
