Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee our financial operations and lead a team of accountants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing junior and senior accountants to ensure smooth financial processes.

  • Oversee the entire accounting function to guarantee timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation processes, and financial statement reviews.
  • Develop and implement financial policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and mentor team members for skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Handle complex financial queries from clients, addressing bookkeeping concerns and pending transactions.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation especially with real-estate clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and cloud-based accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online.
