About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Content Specialist to create high-quality documentation, artwork files, and user manuals. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing, editing, and research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging documentation for consumer goods, adhering to customer, legal, and safety requirements.
  • Review and proofread artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Describe product features and functionality in artwork documents using samples, videos, and photos.
  • Collaborate with design and coordination teams on artwork matters.
  • Manage multiple projects, documenting project status and communicating with relevant parties.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing internal guidelines, checklists, and training documents.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement workflow enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • University degree in Translation, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • German language skills at native level.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Detail-minded and proactive research skills.
