Process Documentation Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring that all company processes are well-documented and up-to-date. The Process Documentation Specialist will work closely with various departments to prepare and maintain the Policies and Procedures Manual document master list.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and maintains the master list of all processes that require written documentation, including target deadlines for preparation.
  • Assists each department in preparing their policies and procedures manual by reviewing draft policies to ensure compliance with the Document Control Policy and clarity of content.
  • Prepares process flowcharts, routes them for approval, and maintains signed file copies.
  • Updates the process flowchart as necessary.
  • Ensures that the written policies and procedures manual are updated by each process owner to reflect agreed-upon process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Project management experience and knowledge of Gantt charts.
