Job Overview
The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels. This includes phone, email, and chat interactions with customers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Process client orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
- Organize and maintain the order of replacement products to ensure a smooth pick/pack/ship process
- Customer Service Expectations
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage and record the status of customer replacements, and report on trends regarding product issues that arise
- Resolve problems to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
- Provide feedback on how to better manage and address issues that arise
- Administrative Support
- Perform regular data cleanup to ensure accuracy and organization
- Upsell relevant products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals
- Complete other tasks as assigned based on experience level and job growth
- Influencer Outreach
- Assist in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives
