Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels. This includes phone, email, and chat interactions with customers.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Process client orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
    • Organize and maintain the order of replacement products to ensure a smooth pick/pack/ship process
  • Customer Service Expectations
    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints
    • Manage and record the status of customer replacements, and report on trends regarding product issues that arise
    • Resolve problems to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
    • Provide feedback on how to better manage and address issues that arise
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform regular data cleanup to ensure accuracy and organization
    • Upsell relevant products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals
    • Complete other tasks as assigned based on experience level and job growth
  • Influencer Outreach
    • Assist in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives
