Job Overview

L.G. Atkimson Import-Export, Inc., a reputable company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles bank-to-bank transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Processes various payments, including broker's billings and advances by broker.
Requirements
  • Minimum 22 years old, maximum 35 years old; female preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Banking, and Finance or related field.
  • Above average computer and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with credit and banking transactions.
  • 1-year corporate experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, Tin ID, and Barangay Clearance are required.
  • Residing in or near Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City is preferred.
