Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive IT professional to provide timely and effective technical support to restaurant operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating POS menus, item settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time IT support to restaurant teams during business hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain and update Point of Sale (POS) systems, menu items, and online reservation platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity, and online reservation systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Basic networking knowledge (router/modem setup, IP configuration, DHCP/static IPs).
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms, including POS and online booking systems.
  • Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer.
