Content Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned content manager to oversee production workflows, streamline team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with proven experience managing large teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitoring progress, coordinating with teams, and communicating updates.
  • Maintaining tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.

This role also involves:

  • Organizing and updating project briefs, documentation, and workflows in ClickUp, Intranet, and SharePoint.
  • Assigning tasks, setting clear deadlines, and conducting weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
  • Ensuring timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays with solutions.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours.
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
