Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions that meet client needs.

This role involves partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop solutions that align with business objectives and provide value to clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, and solution-selling abilities.

Key Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).
  • Experience in technical documentation and solution design.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing platform capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and client experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
