Job Summary

About the Role
  • Daily communication with tenants via phone, email, or in-person visits to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Scheduling and coordinating routine maintenance and repairs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strategic lease management and compliance to optimize occupancy rates and revenue streams.
  • Effective financial management, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Creative marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase brand visibility.
  • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations to minimize risk exposure.
  • Data entry and transaction management using industry-standard software to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Invoicing and payment processing to ensure timely payments from tenants.
  • Payroll management for maintenance technicians to streamline administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to handle tenant inquiries, manage schedules, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Financial & Data Management: Proficient in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions.
  • Marketing & Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable about U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Vendor & Payroll Management: Experienced in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Familiarity with property management software and virtual tools to enhance productivity.
