Project Coordinator Leader

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator Leader to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and organizing creative teams to deliver outstanding results with excellent communication skills and a strong command of project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the execution of creative projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams strategists and stakeholders facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative teams preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven proficiency in ClickUp knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational leadership and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
